I form collaborative relationships with my patients and offer a safe environment where they can explore themselves freely and grow through talk therapy. I take an insight-driven, problem-solving approach that allows patients to evolve into their most authentic and enriched selves.

Education &
Training

I received my doctoral degree in School-Clinical Psychology from Pace University in New York, where I was the recipient of the Ivan Wentworth-Rohr Award for Excellence in Professional and Clinical Practice. I hold two Master's degrees - an MS in Education from Pace University and an MA in Psychology from the New School for Social Research - and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fairfield University. I am currently a candidate in NYU’s Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, and an honorary inductee of Phi Beta Kappa and Psi Chi. I am also a member of the American Psychological Association and the Psychology Political Action Committee.

My clinical experiences have included working with individuals across the lifespan and within diverse settings, including hospitals, community and university clinics, and schools. I completed a Predoctoral Internship at Maimonides Medical Center and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Metropolitan Center for Mental Health (MCMH), where I continue to deliver psychological services. My work at MCMH now also includes spearheading improvements in access and quality of behavioral health services for vulnerable populations, as Director of Change Management & Strategy; and leading our Clinical Training Programs in Psychology, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy.

I was born and raised in New York, where I currently practice. Being an identical twin has informed my work as a psychologist, and has influenced my interest in psychological development and identity.
